Grands Moulins de Paris
|
This flour mill, built in the early 20's in a typically parisian classical style, was one of the world's largest flour mill. It looks like the architecture of the large parisian departement stores built at the same period.
The building is under rehabilitation into university since two years. There were lot of remaining wooden machines inside but they completely removed them in the project, tearing off all the elegant aspect of this kind of industrial installation.
